PLEASE NOTE: During the festive season, courier services often operate at reduced capacity. Consequently, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free of charge.
How long does delivery take?
Orders where payment is received before 10am on a weekday will be dispatched the same day, orders where payment is received after 10am or on a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 working days depending on where you live. However, some locations can take up to 5 working days for delivery.
What courier do you use?
All deliveries are made with Fastway couriers or Aramex couriers depending on your location. Both Fastway and Aramex deliver directly to your door.
Unclear delivery addresses?
For addresses that are unclear (rural area without a street address), we may use Pep paxi to deliver the parcel. This ensures there are no delays or problems with the delivery. This also allows you to collect the parcel from your closest Pep Store at your own convenience.
Delays in Delivery
Almost all deliveries are completed within 1 to 3 working days. However, sometimes delays may occur with the courier. If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please send us an email so that we can contact the courier and get it sorted out for you.
We are not liable for any incorrect delivery where you make an error in the information that you provide us. e.g. if you provide the incorrect delivery address.
