If you'd like a refund, simply return the remainder of the product—or even just the empty box—and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
If your order included multiple boxes or bottles of Anabolic Factor X9, Alpha Shredz, Androturk 650, or Energize, please ensure that any additional units are unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Return Process
To make returns easier for you, we’ll arrange for a courier to collect the item(s) from your address.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return courier fee, which varies depending on your location but typically ranges from R100 to R150.

- Refunds are only valid for first-time purchases of a product.
- The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item(s).
- This policy only applies to purchases made directly via our website. Our refund policy does not apply for items bought through Takealot or other third-party platforms.
