We have had many customers ask us for a 4 day workout routine, so here it is. Training 4 days a week instead of 5 will mean each session will contain a few more exercises and you will need to train a bit harder in order to train all the muscles in your body every week.
If you are unsure on how to do any of the exercises listed in the workout, simply go to youtube or google and type the exercise in. You will find many different videos explaining how to do the exercises.
